Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Perishable items such as edibles may only be eligible for return if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. We cannot accept returns for perishable items that have been opened or consumed.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards

Consumed or partially consumed perishable items (unless defective)

Items not in their original condition or packaging

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues or concerns.

Our customer service team may require photographic evidence of the issue, such as damaged packaging or product defects.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies. Refunds may exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
